I’m looking for a two-bedroom apartment to buy in the Haabersti area for a specific client.
Key requirements
- preferably two rooms;
- budget up to €120,000;
- balcony or terrace;
- storage room;
- in a building with a lift the floor can be higher; without a lift, ideally no higher than the 3rd floor;
- no gas;
- the condition of the apartment can vary.
We would also consider an apartment that needs renovation, if the price reflects its condition.
A well and professionally renovated one-bedroom apartment, properly converted into a two-bedroom, would also work well.
There are currently few suitable options on the open market, so apartments that are not yet listed on public portals are of particular interest.
