I am looking for a 1–2 bedroom apartment for long-term rental for a specific client in Mustamäe or Kristiine.
What we are looking for
- area: Mustamäe or Kristiine;
- 1–2 rooms;
- budget up to €650 per month;
- preferably a new building, but will consider other good options;
- 2 people will live there;
- no pets;
- open to renting via Rendin or with a standard deposit;
- the move is not urgent — there is time to find the right option.
About the tenants
The clients want to improve their living conditions. Their current total housing costs, including utilities, are about €800–850 per month, so they are looking for a more comfortable and better quality option within a reasonable budget. We will also consider options not yet published on public portals.
