UTILITY COSTS

Based on the submitted invoices, estimated utility costs are:

– approximately €110 in summer;

– approximately €170 in winter.

RENTAL TERMS

Upon signing the lease agreement, the following payments are required:

– the first month’s rent in advance;

– a security deposit equal to 1.5 months’ rent or a Rendin rental guarantee;

– an agency fee equal to one month’s rent, plus VAT.

The apartment is vacant and ready to move into. A long-term lease is preferred.
