We are looking for a modern furnished two-bedroom apartment in Rotermann, Porto Franco or a comparable central Tallinn area. Parking and storage are preferred, but we will consider any genuinely good option.
What we are looking for

- budget up to €1,000 per month, plus utilities;
- move-in before 1 September.
About the tenants
I have worked with this couple as tenants for about a year. Payments are always on time and the home is kept clean and tidy. No children or pets. They are exemplary tenants: calm, punctual and responsible people whom I can confidently recommend to an owner.
The move is due to the sale of their current apartment: the buyer is purchasing it for their own use, not as an investment.
