Must-have: 1st floor only; street-level entrance; premises where there has previously been a kitchen or restaurant function, or premises that can be adapted for a kitchen; possibility to install or adapt ventilation; extractor hood / exhaust must have an outlet to the outside; suitable for a gas or wood-fired pizza oven; approx. 40 kW electrical capacity or possibility to increase capacity; alcohol sales permitted.
Nice-to-have: former restaurant premises; possibility of a terrace or summer terrace; good street visibility; storefront/window frontage; practical layout for guest seating and kitchen workflow.
Renovation: minimal renovation or adaptation is acceptable. Existing kitchen equipment is not required.
